Our Group Personal Training Classes are the BEST Greenwich Fitness Classes because they are kept to small groups, so we can focus on making sure everyone is getting the right training, specific to their needs and goals.
At GFP GYM, we have a dedicated facility with free parking for members, and fully qualified instructors and trainers that are DEDICATED to helping you lose weight, get into shape, or achieve your goals.
Our fitness classes (group personal training classes) are held multiple times each week. When you come in to find out more, we’ll give you a full tour of the gym, and explain exactly how the group personal training works. It is flexible so you can choose which days you can attend, and we’ll always work with you to make sure you get the most out of your time with us.
It’s very important to understand that our Group PT sessions are much better than regular Greenwich Fitness Classes.
If your goal and desire is to lose a few pounds, get in shape, lose weight, burn excess body fat, tone up or simply drop a few clothing sizes, then our Group PT sessions are PERFECT for you.
When you join, we’ll take time to go over your personal goals and build a picture of where you currently are in terms of health and fitness levels. We’ll make sure the Group PT sessions you attend will push you towards achieving your goals.
We take care not to push you beyond your current abilities, risking injury. We believe we are the most supportive and dedicated team of trainers in Greenwich. Everyone one has to start somewhere, and everyones body and ability is different when starting out.
This is why normal Greenwich Fitness Classes are not best suited for most people – you’ll literally start out doing the same exercises and routines as people much fitter and stronger than you, that may have been there for months already.
Our Group PT class sizes are kept small and each member is treated individually, even though you’re in a small group. Greenwich Fitness Classes don’t come close to the level of care and attention our Group PT sessions do! You will love them, you’ll make new friends, you’ll get stronger, lose weight and have a great time in the process!
Age really is just a number – it makes no difference if you’re 18 or 80 here – we have a huge range of ages that use GFP GYM for their Personal Training or Group Personal Training – you just have to take that first step and contact us to get started.
